Our story
Dynesic Technologies founders Jim Chafin and Scott Phillips were childhood friends from Dallas, Texas (near Richardson). Years later, In 2005 Jim approached Scott with the idea of developing and distributing products in the HVAC industry. At the time, Jim needed a break from the stress, deadlines and the sleepless nights he realized from his legal company where he was the CEO and business litigation attorney.
Since Jim knew Scott had been successful in starting and running companies in a various industries, he opened the door with his grasp of solving problems in the quickest, safest, most permanent way. He opened the door for a vast, volume of successful outcomes.
I vividly remember Jim walking into my office, and I was happy to see him. It had been a good while and I was interested in hearing his brilliant ideas. Once we got off the ground, I started seeing that the opportunity had potential. We developed a portfolio of industrial leak sealing products over the years, but the cyclical nature of HVAC kept us turning over more rocks", claims Scott.
"Eventually we recognized an opportunity to create a clear, non-yellowing resin epoxy line for the arts and crafts and woodworking industries. We worked through many versions of clear formulas and non-yellowing materials over 3 years before revealing the clear epoxy technology with UV protection that started the resin art frenzy that exists today.”
The name that was selected for this company with an ultra clear product line is ColorBlastArt. Today we are on the tip of the iceberg, enjoying the process of meeting fellow artists and promoters. ColorBlast products are manufactured in Texas where the stars are the limit.
Certified Green Epoxies
This product is EPD certified “green” as it’s resin component uses 87% respace-based epichlorohydrin. This is a ground-breaking advantage technology as it is environmentally friendly incorporating renewable energy sources while offering outstanding adhesion strength, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance properties. Part A products Xplordymic is producing contains a minimum 87% of a low molecular weight liquid epoxy resin containing no modifiers. Certified by EPD for significant savings of CO2 at production, low crude oil content and high renewable materials content. This product contains min. 28% of bio carbon by weight from renewable raw materials. *EPD-Environmental Product Declaration, EPD certification for the production of “Green” epoxy-resins and glycerine-based epichlorohydrin as a first in the WORLD!
Jim left Earth to explore the spiritual realm in 2023 and is loved and cherished by his wife Jill, son Cameron and daughter Rachell. Jim was also crazy about his kitties Jilly and Micky. He was hands on in developing products that had clear advantages and helped countless individuals/families and companies.
